Ingredients
- 2 cup Roasted Samiya
- Onion-1
- Carrot-1
- Potato -1
- Peas-1/2 handful.
- Few Curry Leaves
- 1 Red Chilli or 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tablespoon of Mustard
- 2 tablespoon of Gingelly Oil
- 4 cups of Water
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
Method
- Dice the Onion,Chilli,Carrot,Potato into small pieces
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add Mustard,Curry Leaves & fry
- After add onions and fry well
- Add all vegetables , topped with chilli
- Add water and salt , boil until bubbles appear
- Now you can add the Roasted Samiya
- Mix well until Samiya is cooked
