Puttu

Ingredient
- Ragai flour -2 cups
- 1/2 cup of Water
- Shredded Coconut-4 tablespoons
- Sugar- 1 cup
- 3 Cardamom ground
Method
- Take a large bowl and add two cups of Ragai flour
- Sprinkle water a few times and mix well
- The Ragi flour must be like sand only
- Make sure no lumps are formed in the flour mix
- Add the Idly cooker or Idly Pan with water and heat up
- Steam the Puttu mix until the aroma comes up
- Transfer the cooked Puttu into a mixing bowl
- Add Sugar, Coconut and ground Cardamom.
- Mix well
- Now you can make it like small balls or to your favourite shapes.
