Ingredients
- Carrot 1
- Cauliflower-1/2
- Green peas-1/4 cup
- Potato 1 (cut thick pieces)
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1
- 1/2 fresh Coconut Shred
- 1/4 cup Pottukadalai
- 1 Teaspoon of Fennel
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of oil
- 1 Teaspoon of fennel
- Cinnamon,Cordamon and 3 cloves
- Curry leaves
- Dice all vegetables
- Grind all the items smoothly
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Fry all the garnish items
- While frying add all the vegetables
- After add the ground mixture
- Boil for 10 minutes.
