Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
1 teaspoon Channa dhal1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon U rid dhal
1 Onion
1 Green Chilly Or Red chilly
11/2 Teaspoon of Oil
3/4 teaspoon of Salt
2 Tablespoon of Shredded Coconut
Few curry leaves
Method
- Dice the Cabbage,Onion,Chilly very fine.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add Channa Dhal Mustard,U rid dhal(Fry until Golden Brown)
- Add Onion,Chilly Fry Well
- Add Cabbage Mix-well
- Add Salt and Coconut Mix well
