Ingredients
- Red bean -1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Tomato-1
- Curry powder-1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
- Tumerind little
- Mustard-tea spoon
- Fenugreek-tea spoon
- Cumin-tea spoon
- Curry leaves
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Oil- 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 cups
- Dice the Onion, Tomato
- Soak the Red bean overnight
- In a bowl add Water , Tumerind, Curry powder , Turmeric powder & Salt
- Boil the Red Bean
- Add Onion, Tomatoes
- Add Tumerind mix, Keep boil
- Heat the Oil in the frying pan
- Add Mustard, Fenugreek and Cumin and Curry leaves
- Fry well add with boiled curry.
