Keerai Poriyal (Spinach Poriyal)

Ingredients
- 3- Spinach Bunches.
- 1.Big Onion
- 1/2 Cup or Handfull of Thoor dhal.
- 3/4 Teaspoon of salt.
- 1 Teaspoon of cumin.
- 1.Teaspoon of urid dhal.
- 1.Red chilli.
- 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 Teaspoon of oil.
Method
- Wash Spinach.well
- Cut the Spinaches leaves.
- Dice the Onion.
- Boil the Thoor dhal with turmeric powder.
- Heat the Oil in the frying pan
- Add urid dhal, cumin & Chillies.
- Fry the onion.
- Add spinach.
- Reduce the heat & add salt.
- Cook the Spinach to tender
- Then add boiled thoor dhal.
- Now Ready to serve with you lunch.
