Ingredients
- Cauliflower-1/2
- Carrot-1
- Peas-1 handful
- Onion-1
- Tomatoe-1
- Curry powder-3/4 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
- 1 cup water
Garnishing
- Oil-2 tablespoon
- Fennel-1 teaspoon
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves and Coriander
- Water - 1 Cup
Method
- Dice all the vegetables in to small cubes
- Heat the oil in the frying pan,add Fennel , Cumin and Curry leaves
- Fry for few seconds
- Add Onion , then Cauliflower,Carrot,Peas and Turmeric powder
- Fry for 5 minutes,then add Tomato
- Add 1 cup of water and Salt
- Close the lid and allow it to cook.
