Ingredients
- Lady Fingers-12
- Onion-1
- Tomatoes-2
- Mustard -1 teaspoon
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek-1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon-Urid Dhal
- 2 table spoon of Gingelly Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of Curry Powder
- Tamarind small ball
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Few Curry Leaves
Methods
- Dice the Lady Fingers, Onion and Tomatoes
- In a bowl of Water add , Tamarind,Turmeric ,Salt and Curry Powder
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add Mustard,Cumin,Fenugreek ,Uriddhal and Curry leaves
- Let them fry
- Add Onion and fry it well
- Add Lady Fingers and fry it well
- Add Tamarind mixture and Tomatoes
- Cook until Lady Fingers are mixed well
