Ingredients
- Chaw chaw-1
- Channa Dhal-1/2 cup
- Onion-1
- Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
Garnishing
- Mustard-1 teaspoon
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Green chilli or Red chillies
- Curry leaves
Method
- Dice the Chaw Chaw and Onion
- Boil the Channa Dhal with 11/2 cup of water( if you use the pressure cooker four vessel)
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add garnished items, fry it well
- Add Onion fry-well,then add chaw chaw,and Turmeric
- Add boil Channa Dhal , water and salt
- Boil until vegetables cook.
