Betroot poriyal
Ingredients
- Beetroots-2
- Onion-1
- Mustard- 1 teaspoon
- Urid Dhal-1 teaspoon
- Curry-leaves - few
- Red dry Chilli -1
- 1 teaspoon of Oil
Method
- Shred the Beetroot
- Dice the Onion
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add Mustard,Urid Dhal ,Red Chillies and Curry-leaves
- Fry for few seconds
- Add Onion and fry it well
- Add the Beetroot and cook it for 5 minutes
- Salt should be added
- Cook for other 5 minutes.
- Now ready to serve.
