Ingredients
- 2 Cups Self-Raising Flour
- 1 Teaspoon of dry Yeast
- Green Capsicum-1
- Onion-1
- Mushroom-10
- Olive -5 sliced
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Pineapples
- Cheese-250 gm shredded
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Warm water-1 cup
- Tomato sauce
- Olive oil-2 tablespoon
Method
- Dice all the vegetables.
- Add Flour into the bowl then 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Take the warm water mix well with Salt and Yeast
- Add this mixture into the bowl
- Make it into a dough and cover with a wet towel
- Keep aside for one hour
- Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
- Roll the dough out evenly
- Place base on a greased baking tray.
- Add tomato sauce to the base first
- Spread the cheese on the base
- Then sprinkle evenly Capsicum,Onion. Mushroom, Olive,Sun Dried and Pineapples
- Top up with shredded cheese
- Cook the pizza in the oven for 30 minutes.
