Vegetable chuntney




Eggplant-1
Onion-2
tomotes-2
Cabbage-3 leaves
Red chilli-3
Salt-1 teaspoon

Garnishing
Oil 2 tablespoon
Mustard -1 teaspoon
Urid dhal1 teaspoon
Few curry leaves

Method
Dice all the vegetable in to small pieces
Heat the oil in the frying pan
Add all garnishing items
Add all vegetables,fry well
Add red chillies and salt
Let it cool,grind all the fry items.
