- 12. Unsalted Bhadham kernels
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Saffron-few
- (Add some fruit mango,apple,berries,grapes)
Method
- Take a pot of hot water soak Bhadhams for 1 hour then peel the skin off
- Grained Bhadham with milk to make it into a smooth paste
- Add three cups of water in the paste including sugar and saffron.
- Cook for 10 minutes under medium heat
- Let it cool later and add fruits
- Store in fridge.
