Ingredient
- 1 cup Pacha arsi
- 1 cup Pulkal arsi
- 1/2 cup Urid dhal
- 1/2 cup Channa dhal
- 1/2 cup Dhoor dhal
- 2 Big onion
- 4 Red chilli
- 1 Teaspoon of Fennel
- Some curry leaves.
- 1 teaspoon of Mustard
- 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup Oil
- Soak both rice together in water
- Separately soak all the Dhal together for few hours.
- Wash the rice& Dhal three times
- Chop both the onion.
- Add Rice,Chilli & Fennel with half cup of water into the grinder
- Start grinding
- After a while add all dhals together
- Then add turmeric&salt
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil to the frying pan add mustard ,curry leaves and onion
- Fry well , leave it to cool
- Add onion with grinding mixture.
- Add 1/2 cup of water mix well.
- Now adai mauv is ready,
- Heat the pan & pour the dosai mixture
