Ingredient- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Big onion
- 3 Red dry chillies.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Little tamarind.
- 2 Teaspoon of oil.
- 1 Teaspoon of mustard seed.
- 1 Teaspoon of Urid dhal
- Few Curry leaves.
Preparation
- Dice the Onion & Tomatoes
- Heat the oil in the frying pan.
- Add Mustard & Urid dhal
- Fry it for a few seconds then add curry leaves
- Then add onion, Tomatoes and red chillies
- Add salt & Tamarind.
- Mix we'll keep aside to cool.
- Then grind the chutney in the mixie/blender.
- Now ready to serve with your favourite dish.
