Carrot Poriyal

Ingredients
- 3.Carrots
- 1.Big Onion
- 1/2 Cup or handful of Thoor dhal.
- 3/4 Teaspoon of salt.
- 1 Teaspoon of mustard
- 1.Teaspoon of urid dhal.
- 1.Red chilli.
- Some curry leaves.
- 2 Teaspoon of oil.
Method
- Wash the Carrots.
- Cut into thin round slices, then stack few Round slices and cut into thin long pieces.
- Dice the onion.
- Boil the Thoor dhal.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add Mustard, urid dhal, chillies & curry leaves.
- Fry onions and add carrots.
- Reduce to slow heat . Add salt & sprinkle 1/4 cup of water.
- Cook the carrot.
- Then add the boiled Thoor dhal.
- Mix well, Cook for few minutes.
- Now Ready to serve with Lunch menu.
