Ingredient
- 1 cup Roasted Semolina
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 cups of Hot water
- 5 Cashew cut in to pieces
- Few Raisins
- Pinch of Saffron
- Few drops of yellow colouring mix.
- 2 tablespoon of Ghee
- Use the big pan add hot water&sugar let it boil.
- Add roasted Semolina,colouring& Saffron
- mix well
- Heat the Ghee, add Cashew&Raisins, Fry well
- Add fry items into semolina mixture
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Take one round plate glaze the plate with Ghee
- Put all Kasari in the plate.
- Set evenly & cut in to pieces.
- Let it rest
