Iddly Podi




Ingredients

  1.   Urid dhal        1 cup
  2.   Channa dhal   1 cup
  3.   Fresh curry leaves
  4.   Redchilli         6       
  5.   Small piece of Tumerind
  6.   Teaspoon of Salt  1
            Method

  1.  Toast each dhal separately.
  2.  Toast curry leaves,tumerind & chillies
  3.  Add salt
  4.  Combine all the dhal
  5. Add  red chillis tumerind salt and curry leaves &
  6. Grind well.
