Ingredients
3 boiled photoes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 green or red chilli
Garnishing items
2 teaspoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of-mustarded
1/2 teaspoon of urid dhal
1 onion finely chopped
Some curry leaves
Heat the frying pan
Add oil than add all garnishing item one bye one
Then add boiled mashed photos.
Turmeric powder,chilli and salt
Mix well with photoes
Just sprinkle water.mix well and cook for 5mintues
This one called masala.
Grind rice and urid dhal mix separately and keep overnight outside
Use this Mavu to make dosa and stuff photoes inside dosa, this is called masala dosa,
Serve with chutney and sambar.

Sweet kulupaniyaram
Urid dhal-1/4 cup
Karrupatti-1 cup
Fenugreek-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Soak the rice and dhal for an hour
After grind rice and dhal and fenugreek and salt
Next day cresh the karrupatti, add 1/4 cupwater cook for until all karrupatti dissolve
Then add some fresh coconut shredded if available.
Mix with Mavu,pour with Kulupaniyaram,
Turn well ,check once it cook well.
Turn less heat because ingredient got sauger it will burn easily.
Kulupaniyaram
Ingredient
Raw rice-1cup
Pullugal rice-1 cup
Urid dhal- 1/4 cup
Fenugreek-1 teaspoon
Cooked rice-1 hand full
Salt-1 teaspoon
Method
Soak rice and urid dhal for an hour
After grind this rice and dhal add cooked rice and salt grind well.
Keep out side for overnight
Morning heat the oil add some mustard seed and urid dhal curry-leaves for frying
Chop one big onion, one green chilli, fry well

Pour with paniyarkollu, turn other side, cook well and pour oil every time.
Then paniyaram will crispy.

Milk paniyaram
Long grain rice -1 cup
Urid dhal-3/4 cup
Coconut milk-fresh must be good,if we don't get you can use packet one
Fresh milk- 1 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Soak the rice and urid dhal 1 hour,
grind well rice and urid dhal
add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Heat the frying pan.add oil heat well
Take the grind mix and use the spoon to fry like small ball size
Add coconut milk and fresh milk,sugar and cordonment
Heat and stairwell,once milk boiled
You can add paniyaram .it take 1 hour to soak.
If you want immediately.
You put all paniyaram in the hot water,drained all water out.
You can add with milk, if you want use immediately.
Gulab jamun
Ingredients
3 cups of milk powder
1 cup of self raising flour
1 handful of somolina fine
Cordomon powder1 tablespoon
300 gram thick and cream
1/2 cup milk
Mix first 4 ingredients well with big bowl
Then add thicken cream mix with spoon
Then milk mix well make like dough
Syrup
1/2 kg suger
1/2 pot of water mix well
Add your favourite essence
Few cordomon
Let them cook the syrup with simmer the stove unti you mix the dough
You make syrup first
Let keep the-syrup with low flame
Now you heat the oil in the frying pan with medium heat
Fry well gulabjamoon in the oil,let them cool for while
Then add fried ball.put it in the syrup
Once the ball started to sing in the syrup, it's ready to eat
Keep one by one,if you want add syrup with jamoon
Add later keep inside the bridge let them cool

Poorna kollukattai
ingredients
Red rice flour- 2 cups
Hot Water-1/2 cup
Method of making purnam
Moong Dhal - 1 cup
Jaggry-1 cup
Cordoamon -3 (make it like powder)
Method
Soak the moong dhal in the water.
After you can boil it in the iddly tha du
You can check the Dhal once it boils
Take one cup of jaggery crashed like small pieces
Add like 1/4 cup of water
Make it boil the jaggery
Mash the cook dhal and add with jaggery and cardamom
Mix with jaggery well.
Keep for 10 mintues and cook the items
Boil the 1/2 cup water add 1 spoon of ghee
Take separate bowl with red rice flour
Add hot water in the rice flour,use the spoon to mix the flour
You make it like dough.dive the dough make it like 20 balls
Use your bham to make to like round to flat
Then you put 1 spoon moongdhal jaggery mix inside
Make it like cone shape.
Once you make 6 you can keep boil the idly cooker
Once it boils it takes only few mintues.
Tamarind rice
Tumerind - 1 small size
Water-1 cups
Salt-1 tablespoon
Tumeric-1 tablespoon
Garnishing
Oil-2 tablespoon Gingely oil
Mustraded-1 teaspoon
Channa dhal- 1 teaspoon
Urid dhal-1 teaspoon

Method
Heat the oil in the frying pan

Water and tumerind mix well.drain the mixture through the skin.
Add this tumerind mixture with this garnish items
Add tumeric powder and boil well this tumerind mixture.
Once the mixture boil it will get thick paste.
Add with cooked rice
Add some fried peanuts.
Vegetable fried rice
Ingredient
Carrot-1
Onion-1
Cauliflower-1/2
Beans-12
Peas-1/2 cup frozen
Chilli green or red one
Garnishing
Olive oil-2 tablespoon
White pepper
Salt-1 teaspoon
Cooked rice3 cups(if you want 1 person you use 1 cup rice)
Dark soy sauce-2 teaspoon.
Method
Chop all vegetables
Heat the oil in the frying with medium heat
Fry all the vegetables cook for until tender
Add rice pepper ,salt and soy sauce.
Mix well.now you fried rice is ready.
This ingredients are using 3 person.(if you want 1 person you use 1/3 for all veg)
Quinoa salad
Ingredient
Quino-1/2 cup
Dry red berries
Almonds -10 ( slice without skins)
Parsely- few leaves
Lemon- 1 slice
Pepper and salt.
Method
Boil the two cups of water
Add the quino with water
Onces cook that one like a skin comes up
Now you know it cooks ready.
Drain it
Chop the red berries
Mix with quino,almond,parsley and salt,pepper,lemon.

Add salt and tumeric powder.mix well

Add lemon mix. Make it boil few seconds.
Use the rice cooker to cook the rice.Separately
Make it cool rice.add with mixture.lemon rice is ready to serve.

Ingredients
Tomatoes-4
Onion-2
Rice-1 cup( cooked)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 piece of ginger
1 clove of garlic
Garnishing
Mustard seeds-1 tablespoon
Urid Dhal- 1 tablespoon
Channa Dhal-1 tablespoon
Two table spoon of ghee or oil
Some curry leaves
Method
Chop the tomatoes and onion
Heat the frying with low flame
Add the ghee or oil
Add all garnishing items fry well
Add onion fry well then tomatoes
Just crush the ginger and garlic
Add salt,cook well in the tomatoes

Method
Take a large bowl
Add red rice flour
Add sprinkle water mix well with flour
No lump in the flour, the flour must be like a sand.
Boil the water in the iddly pot
Add this flour and cooker plate.cook until puttu nice fragrant comes out
Take out puttu,add sugar cardomoncrashed and cocount fresh or dried one
Mix well serve with breakfast.
Adikulu
Urid Dhal-5 cups
Moong Dhal-2 cups
Rice-1 cups
Make it roast
Grind it in the flour grinding mill,keep in the fridge.

Mix with 1/2 cup water
1 cup karupatti crashed with small pieces
Add with 1/2 - cup water separated cook with low heat

Add with mauv karupatti,keep starting until cooked,

Shredded coconut -1 cup
Cooked rice-2 cups
1 teaspoon of salt

Method
Heat the oil in the frying pan

Then add shredded-coconut
Add salt and rice mix well.

Persian salad
Ingredient
Cucumber-1
Four season beans ( buy the tin one)
Few olives
Feta chess
Parsley- few leaves
Lemon- 1 pieces
Salt and pepper just springle
Take the big bowl
Chop the cucumber in to small pieces
Wash the four season beans with hot water and drained the water
Cut the feta chess to small cupes
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix everything's well.
