Coconut rice



ingredient
Shredded coconut -1 cup
Cooked rice-2 cups
1 teaspoon of salt

Garnishing item
Oil- 2 tablespoon
Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Channa Dhal- 1 teaspoon
Urid Dhal-1/2 teaspoon
1.Green chilli chopped or red chilli
Some curry leaves
Method
Heat the oil in the frying pan
Add all garnish item fry well.
Then add shredded-coconut 
Add salt and rice mix well. 
Add some fry cashews.
