Ingredients
Tomatoes-4
Onion-2
Rice-1 cup( cooked)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 piece of ginger
1 clove of garlic
Garnishing
Mustard seeds-1 tablespoon
Urid Dhal- 1 tablespoon
Channa Dhal-1 tablespoon
Two table spoon of ghee or oil
Some curry leaves
Method
Chop the tomatoes and onion
Heat the frying with low flame
Add the ghee or oil
Add all garnishing items fry well
Add onion fry well then tomatoes
Just crush the ginger and garlic
Add salt,cook well in the tomatoes
Cook the rice separately add with tomatoes gravey.
Add some fry cashew springle.
