Lemon rice




Ingredient

Lemon-2
Tumeric powder
Salt

Garnishing
Oil-1tablespoon
Channa Dhal -1 tablespoon
Mustrad end seeds-1 teaspoon
Urid Dhal-1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
 Some Fried cashews

Squash the lemons
Add salt and tumeric powder.mix well
Heat the oil in the frying pan
Add all garish item.fry until golden brown.
Add lemon mix. Make it boil few seconds.
Use the rice cooker to cook the rice.Separately
Make it cool rice.add with mixture.lemon rice is ready to serve.
