1 Cup Semolina
1/2 Cup Plain flour
1/2 Cup Rice flour
1/2 Green chilli diced
1/2 Big onion diced
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of cummin seed
Pinch of Asefotida
Some curry leaves
Oil as required for frying
Water as required
Preparation
Mix the flours with water and salt
Add in the yougurt
Mixed all the diced onion chilli
Add the asefodita
pound the cummin seed into the batter
leave it for 2 hours or if possible overnight
Heat the frying pan
Add a bit of oil
Mix the batter and add water as needed
The batter should be slightly watery than normal dosai mix
Pour one spoon mix on pan and spread into round shape
Add a bit of oil let it turn golden brown
Serve it hot with your favorite side dish such as chutney and sambar
