Ingredients
- Noodle-block-3
- 5 Mushroom
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Capsicum
- Onion-1
- Chili flakes-1/4 teaspoon
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce-1 teaspoon
Garnishing
- Oil-1 tablespoon
- Sesame seed-1 tablespoon
- Cashew nuts-6 pieces(crushed)
- Raisins-2 tablespoon
Method
- Dice the vegetable in to small pieces
- Boil the water,add Salt and Noodles
- After the noodle is boiled drain the water.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add the garnish
- Add all vegetables & fry well
- Add Noodles,Salt and sprinkle Chili flakes
- Add Soy Sauce and Mix well.
